The laundry room attendant Brenda is extremely rude and does not have any customer service skills. I can't believe she's worked for a company for 20 years and they have not fired her for her being so disrespectful. She makes you feel like you're stealing when you're actually just getting quarters exchanging the same amount of money. When I asked her to stop yelling at me and advised her she shouldn't speak to customers that way, she told me she could speak to customers anyway I wants. If she hates her job so much get a new one. You're rude!
I own a Subaru Forester and I love to take it off road. Bubble King's wash cleans all the mud and crud off my Forester with ease. The staff is pleasant and the location is great. Highly recommend it.
