Bed was comfy but room could use some maintenance - Paint/wallpaper cracking in bathroom. No drain on sink. Bathtub had some nasty colored stains. Breakfast typical. Good location. Quiet. Fitness center had the basics. Hotel staff was attentive and friendly.
Our room choice was given to someone else because of overbooking and "they only have 1 housekeeper". The first room was online for cheaper than what we were charged. The Jacuzzi room we upgraded to was less than okay.
Good service, okay rooms. Thermostat didn't work properly in room. Standard continental breakfast.
Place is not up to standards, the owner doesn't repair the correct way. He repairs sinks with screws and nails. The wallpaper is coming off in most rooms there are rooms that have paint spots. The elevator is dirty. The washer is always broken, l whom rely on elevator because I'm handicapped, it's always down. Unacceptable to IHG standards. Fix this owner.
We stayed there for 15 days. Great hotel and absolutely great , caring staff. Everyone from the manager George , to Samira , Jeffery , Jenna , and Tiffany, was wonderful and welcoming .they helped us with everything. The rooms were clean , the breakfast was generous . Will definitely come back !!
The walls have visible hand prints from other previous visitors. The carpet is fraying. The walls need some serious paint and repair work.
The TV is smaller in the upgraded room than the regular rooms.
I wouldn't recommend this hotel.
The counters were cracked, the tiles around the tub were coming off the wall and black with mold. The tub itself has two access panels, one is taped on, the other is cracked and looks like it's held on by wood screws.
The dresser is help together by duct tape.
