Tried to charge me for the waitresses mistake. We ordered BONE IN WINGS. She charged us for 1 order of bone in and 1 order of boneless. We refused the boneless BBQ... because we don't eat BBQ at all. Still tried to charge us. We were at least once a week customers. Guess we're finding another place.
An employee stole both my kids' tablets. While getting ready to leave, I ran to the restroom. While in the stall, I set my kids tablets down in the corner. As I left, I forgot to grab them. I walked out the front door, and my wife reminded me about them. I went back into the bathroom, within 2 minutes of leaving and the stall was in use. When the gentleman came out, I noticed he was an employee and I asked if he saw the tablets. He said "uh, no", zipped up his jacket and quickly scurried off. We went to every table in the restaurant and asked every patron of they saw it, to no avail. That employee did a great job of wrecking my kids' weekend.
Did wasn't bad but service wasn't. Had to ask several times for napkins, because they apparently hold onto them until you ask. They never cleared the table from the empty plates from our appetizers. They stood there while we moved the plates to make room for our meals - and still didn't remove them after that. After waiting for about 10 minutes after the meal was done we had to approach them to get the check.
This is the second time we visited this location. Amazing place with lovely staff. Our all time favorite is Texas cheese fries and Chocolava cake!!
90% of the time I don't get to go in and sit down and eat so I can tell you this when I call in the phone order or order online I'm always greeted Curbside To Go like someone who's always happy to be there taking money bring back change and food
