We had a table of 8, ordered food and drinks - waitress never brought water or drinks - came back 20 minutes later to say they don’t allow shots, so we asked for them on ice.... 15 minutes later we see all the wait staff standing around complaining - AND the bartender was not making any drinks (the whole place only had 5 tables of people and two at the bar)- we politely asked if we could expect our drinks or food soon and still no one came over - we actually walked out with the manager standing at the front podium just looking at us!!! Never again - we will go to Twin River or drive to Foxwoods!
Hey, was there today about 40 minutes ago. We were in a group of 3. 2 asians and a Hispanic. We were seated but waited about 20 minutes for service. Nobody walked by to check up or even say hi. People walked in and were seated and received service probably like a few minutes later. We were seated at a big table in the middle across from a bar section. Everyone looked friendly. Great 1st experience. Came back a second time and service was great but food was okay. Third experience here I was completely shocked. NO SERVICE. Today was a Monday. It was slow. Even if it is busy I don't see a reason for someone not even to stop and ask where I am going as we all proceed to leave. If there was at least an apology and attempt to make me feel comfortable I may have stayed. Probably not going back since I live very far from Plainville. Thanks fluties but for everyone reading this review, ill wish you luck since I clearly had none today. Lost at casino and lost at service lol
This place is terrible. Sat at the bar. Bartender was really interested in watching tv. Didnt care about me at all. After 5 minutes I walked out. 8 dollar uber ride wasted. Wish I could do negative stars. It was the bad.
The service and food are excellent. The portions are large and the prices are small. I would recommend to everyone.
Went there Friday night because someone said the food was good. It wasn't very busy, we only waited a couple of minutes to get a seat. And then we waited, finally after a considerable period of time our waitress came over and we ordered a couple beers and an appetizer (the giant pretzel). We waited some more, considered getting up and leaving, but she came back with the drinks and the appetizer was out by then too. While she was there we ordered a sandwich for each of us. The pretzel was very good. Our meals finally came out, not exactly hot and fresh, but i was starving and just ate it. She made one stop to see if we were ok but didn't ask if we wanted another drink. When we were finished, we sat and waited because she was no where to be found at that point. She came back, I asked for the check, we waited. Came back with the check and I handed her my card right away to avoid another long wait. She went off to run my card, we waited. Finally she returned and we were free to go. I was so aggravated that we didn't even stay at the casino. The whole ordeal from the time we were seated until we left was an hour and a half. We will never go there again. It's too bad that I have to click one star to be able to post this, they deserve a zero.
